Today's wallet signatures were never designed for quantum attackers, and blockchains never forget.

• Public keys are exposed. Today's wallet keys (Ed25519, ECDSA) are visible on-chain, and Shor's algorithm on a large quantum computer breaks both.
• Harvest now, decrypt later. Blockchains are permanent and public. Exposed data can be collected today and broken once a large, error-corrected quantum computer exists.
• Migration is slow. Decentralized upgrades need consensus, and every user must move their own funds. Dormant and lost coins can never migrate.
• Solana can move first. bb84 brings post-quantum protection to Solana today: Falcon-512 vaults, wallets and Quantum IDs checked on-chain, with no protocol change needed.

How it works: QPUs do the quantum work. Solana checks it.

1. Real quantum hardware. Circuits and randomness run on 12 real QPUs from 6 vendors, through IBM Quantum and Amazon Braket. → Hardware
2. Recorded and checked on Solana. Every QPU job gets an on-chain receipt, and results are scored by a circuit simulator running inside a Solana program. Programs live on devnet: qproof, qentropy, qpt, qsim. → Developers
