Roadmap

From devnet foundations to launch and beyond.

9 stages, ordered by dependency rather than date. Products ship to devnet first. Token details are on the Tokenomics page.

Stage 01 · Foundation

qproof and qentropy on devnet, with the first real QPU run (IBM) settled on Solana.

Stage 02 · Checks

solana-qsim: QPU results scored on-chain, starting with a Rigetti GHZ-5 run. Then the Quantum Gateway.

Stage 03 · Security

bb84 Vault and bb84 Wallet on Falcon-512 (on devnet), then a relayer web service, a browser wallet and bb84 Multisig.

Stage 04 · Identity

Quantum IDs: .quantum and .pqc names with bb84 Wallets, bb84 Multisig and quantum proofs. Then bb84 Messages with ML-KEM.

Stage 05 · $BB84 Token

$BB84 on Solana (Token-2022), used to create vaults, launch tokens and pay for bb84's quantum products.

  • Token details and allocation published
  • Vault and multisig creation with $BB84
  • Post-quantum token launches on Token-2022, for $BB84 holders
  • Revenue buyback and burn
  • Oracle staking and slashing for bb84 RNG providers

Stage 06 · Launch

Building the community and launching $BB84.

  • Community building
  • Presale of $BB84 on Solrocket ({{PRESALE_DATE}})
  • Official launch on Raydium ({{LAUNCH_DATE}})
  • Strategic marketing campaigns
  • Listing on CoinMarketCap (CMC) and CoinGecko (CG)
  • Staking $BB84, with rewards from bb84's quantum products

Stage 07 · Expansion

Growing the community and putting bb84 products inside other wallets and dApps.

  • Expansion of the community
  • Global marketing initiatives
  • Wallet integrations
  • Vault integrations
  • dApp partnerships
  • Additional plugins
  • Listing on centralized exchanges (CEX)

Stage 08 · Ecosystem

SDK, CLI, bb84 Lab and partner integrations.

Stage 09 · Research

Certified quantum randomness on-chain, PQ signature aggregation on Solana, and a SIMD proposal for a native PQ signature precompile.

Risks we're working on

What could slow us down, and how we plan to handle it.

RiskHow we handle it
Verification costPost-quantum signatures cost compute on Solana and gas on EVM.
Signing UXFalcon keys must be created and used safely in the browser, with a hardened signer before real funds.
Oracle trustMitigated with staking, multiple providers, public receipts and, later, certified randomness.
QPU latency and costReal hardware queues and per-second billing shape what is practical.
AuditsSecurity audits are required before any real funds. Auditor: {{AUDIT_FIRM}} · Report: {{AUDIT_REPORT_URL}}
LegalToken and prize mechanics need legal review before launch.
